THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The construction is shoddy, and the design are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd bought something decent instead. Save your cash
